I cant believe that no one has made a thread about Anastacia.

Well if you dont know who she is, Anastacia's first album Not that kind went to number one over here in Australia as well as her debut single Im outta love and her second single Not that kind.
She soon followed that cd with her 2nd release Freak of Nature that was equally successful.

Anastacia has just released a new single by the name of 'Left outside alone' which Australian radio stations are flogging. So thats a great sign, its sure to be a hit and hopefully another number one.

Anastacia also has her own charity in bringing awareness of breast cancer to young woman and she has also raised funds for the charity.
Anastasia was diagnosed with breast cancer in the early part of last year but says that there are only 2 songs on her new album that touch on her experience.

I know her, she was rather big in Europe a few months ago.
She's okay. I'm not too fond of her voice though.

Shes huge over here but not huge in her own country  :(  damn those rappers.
I cant wait until she comes here next month, Delta will get to meet her at the Logies  :wink:
They would have loads to chat about.
I have her new song stuck in my head now, thats why i bumped it.

Apparently she's not big at ALL in America which seems weird, because she was so huge here. The only way they know her is because she was in a Twix advert of sth? Anyway, she sings like she's black! She's teeny and this HUGE voice comes out of her- this year she had breast cancer didn't she? I'm not sure what i think of her new song, not as catchy.

Her video has been played such alot here though. And yeh she did have breast cancer last year  :( . She has the most incredible voice ever!

I saw her new CD in HMV today. It has a bonus DVD in it with the making of Anastacia, Live in Europe 2002 and a photo gallery.
It looks really good.
Her new song is number 5 on the ARIA charts over here so it will be number one in no time, I think.

Ugh, agreed. She sounds like a man. On another forum I go to, one poster said she sounds like Andy Dick doing those Daphne Aguilera sketches.

I admit, "Left Outside Alone" isn't that bad.
