Like having Jen as a mod would do these boards any good. No offense, but I don't think you're mod material.

I think we have just the right amount of mods as it is, no?

Any mods who post a lot and create cliques are likely to be biased individuals....I think Rosie would be fair, but still, this place is just fine with the amount of mods it has  :wink:

yeah, i think the rule here is 'don't ask to be a moderator, if we need help we'll ask you' or something along those lines.

besides, this place has more mods than needed.
although, there is the fact that the currect mods arn't the most active people in the universe, but who is??

and if katia were to pick another mod, it should'nt be just anyone, it should be someone who is always here, and knows the rules well, and knows how to be a good moderator etc.. :wink:

as of right now, i dont think it needs more mods.
 i think teh blackvulture is the most active mod of the whole bunch btw, great job, KevviNN. but, woo, the others i dont see around as much ..(maybe its just me :-\)

yadda yadda, the point is, everyone wants to be a mod, just cause they think its 'cool' or something. a mod isnt all fun and games and "power" ...you dont get any more respect then any of the other members. not everyone can be trusted, so dont just expect that you'll automatically be made a moderator.  it takes a trusty person with lots of other junk too. its completally a volentary job, and if you're not willing/able to do it, then do NOT ask to be made a moderator. it actually can be a hard thing to do if the board is popular enough.

i think that we dont need anymore mods here as of right now, but after EVERYONE ADVERTISES NESSAHOLICS.COM MORE and more people come here (probally aftet harmonium) then, we might need an extra helper etc.. but thats not up to me or anyone else but the admins to deside.

Having Jen as a moderator would be worst than me being a moderator.  The whole place would go up in flames.  That is one reason I stated once on the VCMB that I should never be a moderator.  I would LOVE to be part of staff some year, maybe 2050 or so when I'm old and putting in dentures and having surgery on my fingers for arthritis so I can still type. :wink:
