Title: Vanessa's album should be wrapped

In a couple of weeks according to SJ.

Stephan Jenkins: Well, we’re going to start a fourth album. The other guys in the band have written 20 songs; none of them have lyrics yet. I’ve been producing another album for Vanessa Carlton.

But they played me the stuff that they did, which completely rocked my doors off. And I got so excited to play with them, and I’m just really juiced about it. So as soon as I’m done with this, which should be a week or two, I’ll go back in and record with Third Eye Blind and record the fourth album.

Well, I'm sure there are other things to work on once the recording is finished that Stephan won't be involved in.

Yeah...but surely it can't take so long...

Okay, so I just realized it's only like 3 months - but it seems like eternity lol...

I hope the album comes out before August! Or atleast the single within the next month!
Do you think she'll tour this summer? She could debut her songs on the road, a lot of artists/bands tour with new material before the album is released.

Oooh that's great news! At least it's some guarantee there won't be any more delays in releasing Harmonium... right?  :?

ill probably get the album in france if its released when she said it would.

Why would you get it in france??
Cds are always released like months later here!! (BNN was released in August if I remember correctly, which was 6 months after the original US release).

august...

well, they do have a lot of stuff to do..
design the cover, booklett(type out all that stuff), etc.. finish up the dvd... make/put the single CD together(deside what other things to put on it beside the album version of white houses, (i hope theres a piano vocal version of just vanessa and the piano!) contact peoples about it.. get people to make commercials? take pictures/draw stuff for the booklet..
blaH! so much stuff, i cant list it all o_0

i'm sure they're VERY busy.

thats cool to know how othe rpeople write their music
because it was starting to seem to me that other people didnt have to put them together like i had to... like match up lyrics that i wrote with music that i wrote on a complete other occasion..
okay sorry this isnt really relevant to the post but i was excited to see that =)

at first stephan was talking about third eye blind's new cd.
then he said another cd (as in NOT the TE3 CD, but the VC CD)...
