LOL well since this thread always flops on the Vanessa Carlton Forum I thought i might post it here!

Big yellow taxi has gone down this week from number 3 to 5  :cry:  and we have a new number one in Australia Tatu- All the things she said knocking off Delta Goodrum with Lost without you which is now number 2.

It has been in the top 5 for 7 week because the first time it entered the chart it was 22 something like that!

allthough that tatu song is quite catchy *sigh* it still deserves to be number one! damn those lesbians  :x

Yay you're still posting this after all!   :)

On another note, I've discontinued the countdown recap as of this weekend for three reasons:  (1) "Pretty Baby" fell off the survey, (2) I haven't replayed my AT20 tape and the source where I used to get the information doesn't have it yet, and (3) it had very low readership.  

As a pilot project, I *might* post the chart report here at Nessaholics.com on Wednesday just to see what happens.

Yeah, try that Daniel. I will miss the reports if you stop doing 'em. You've even inspired me to do informal reports for the Evboard (so that I don't step on your toes here with the Vanessa reports, lol)

I will maintain them here for now.  The sad thing is, "A Thousand Miles" (on AC) is the only remaining Vanessa Carlton song on the charts, and even there, it will soon be downgraded to "Recurrent" status.

I may start covering "Big Yellow Taxi" as long as nobody else is already doing it...

She is a featured artist on this particular Counting Crows track.  

By the way, singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell wrote the lyrics and sung the original version of "Big Yellow Taxi."

She is only singing at the end of the song  :cry:  or perhaps i have some hear difficulties  :roll:
