I searched and searched, and searched and couldn't find a topic for HOV, so i decided to start one. Man, where do I start....the man goes by a bazillion names LOL: Jay-z, jiggaman, Hova, Hov, Young...He is definantly an O.G in the hiphop game. He has relased 9 albums and they get hotter and hotter everytime. He's gone platinum, like I don't know how many times, it's ridiculous. I got his "Black Album" and i spin it religously in my cd player. He's reponsible for hits like "can't knock the hustle" "Money, Cash H*es" the superfamous "Hardknock life" " H.O.V.A" and the list goes on. Definantly one of my most favorite rappers ever

yeah I gotta say that Jay Is one of the best rappers ever...
he has put out some garbage in the 9 albums ...( I only like 3 of them...Reasonable Doubt *super classic first LP* , Vol 1 and the Black Album)
he can rhyme very well and he writes nothing.  I respect him but it is his time to retire.  I still think BIG was the best rapper ever , but Besides Nas , J is the best commercial rapper with LONGEVITY ..( That is why I am excluding Eminem *since he is the best at this moment* )  

I do love the Black Album as well

I just got the Black album and I'm currently getting the Grey album (which was named album of the year by Entertainment Weekly). Good shit. And that's alot coming from me because I really don't care for Jay-Z all that much.

ooooh Collision Course was seriously one of my fav CDs in 2004!! Too bad it's really short but the songs really rooooock!!!
