Title: Muscle Spasms

I have had this annoying spasm in my right arm for 4 freaking days! It's getting old an annoying quick! They say they can be caused by stress, over use or dehydration. I drink water all day everyday so...

Anyone else get these often?

yeah i get them sometimes..

its weird..
 :?

meh they eventually go away.
but i usually end up hitting the spot where it spasms a lot.. and it hurts, and it still does it.

so i guess leave it alone  :?
