Could not connect to the database

couldnt access the boards for a few mins. but it seems to be better now.

Did a quick db update from MySQL 4.0.20 to 4.1.3.  Update took the db down for a couple minutes, which was unexpected, as it should have just been a quick stop of old db, start new db.  Maybe 2 seconds tops.  All operating as normal now, however.  Should be a tad bit quicker too.
