Title: i get an error when i try to change my avatar

i went to upload a new avatar, and i got an error

i went back to profile and my avatar was a broken image.

are we not allowed to upload avatars anymore?
or..  :?

,,,my image is 79 x 79 and 7 KB.
so its not breaking the rules
