Post by: nessaRox on July 23, 2004, 07:56:45 pm
E! Online is reporting that Vanessa will perform in Boston Monday night as part of the festivities for "Unity 2004". This is event is not a part of the official Democratic Convention, but instead it is part of the Human Rights Campaign.

It's at Avalon Nightclub in Boston...there are a limited number of tickets. The show starts at 11 and probably doesn't let kids in...:'(

I did a search for Human Rights Campaign and then when I got to the site I typed in Vanessa Carlton and they gave me that info...although it was to a link...it say with DJ and guests...so I'm not really sure if she's there or not...:S c

First Margaret Cho, Brian McKnight and Vanessa were scheduled to perform (according to the hrc.org site). Then comedian Margaret was uninvited and taken from the site. Now McKnight's and Vanessa's name are gone as well. The fact that the search engine still sent you to the page their names were on, means that they don't update their search engine every time they change the site. Probably not a bad idea to stay away from people who are afraid of what a comedian has to say.
