Who do you think won the debate?
-
I'm more of a Democrat, but I chose Bush because I feel like Kerry's behavior was really unsportsmanlike and it really turned me off to what he had to say.
-
happy to say... I think it was Kerry :D :D :D
-
Tie.
-
Bush, he was more presidential.

Bush, he was more presidential.
He is the. . .get this . . .president!
I was laughing so hard when Kerry said something along the lines of Bush has more experience as president. No, really?
-
Bush, he was more presidential.
Curious if you saw it on C-SPAN? The faces Bush made weren't what I call presidential. It was more childish.
btw C-SPAN is repeating it several times tonight for those who missed it. It's being repeated now in fact.

I watched the debates on c-span. I think Bush's expressions were more in disbelief & sometimes exasperation at some of Kerry's remarks that he disagreed with. I ddin't see anything childish about them.

Okay I guess we just read faces differently.
-
I was laughing so hard at Bushs faces. They were classics...so rude.
Another good part was when Bush asked if he could say something and then Kerry was like "ok we'll just change the rules for you".
I'd say Kerry won the debate. It seems all Bush had as a "come back" was you flip flops...blah blah. He had nothing else really on Kerry.

I watched it on cspan too....
Bush is just plain D-U-M-B.

I think they both are annoying.

Me too. I'm glad I can't vote this time around.

Just to let you all know.. I AM SO GLAD BUSH KNOWS THAT BIN LADEN ATTACKED US! YAY!
-
Kerry, but not because BUsh looked BAD. He just looked the SAME. Where as Kerry had some new things to say.
Though, Bush still can't speak to save his ass. He still sutters and pauses and repeats himself a lot.
-
i said Bush....
anywho...where was Nader...isn't he still in this race, why wasn't he at the debate?

Not enough support. Why would he be?

I don't like Bush or Kerry... but Kerry won.
-
they even showed the debate on tv overhere
i must say kerry was stronger and more prepared
it was like bush was shaking in his boots and was stuttering after everytime kerry spoke
i dont know , i see bush more as a party animal , someone who lets things do for him , and the only thing he kept talking about is how he kicked saddams ass , instead of looking at the problems within america like kerry said.
but than again , i dont live there so i dont care who wins
-
I say a tie....They equally evaded answers and turned q's into excuses to say "No, I didn't do that, you did that" and "No, it wasn't me. You did that"........Very annoying

"If we succeed, we cannot fail." - My favourite Bush quote
(Well, no fuck?)
It amazes me that people are still behind a man who says THAT; that alone should turn people off. That's right: a man who's said so many stupid things in fewer than four years that they can make a year-long calendar with one of those things a DAY.
But that's not all. (I've always loved comparisons and analogies . . .)Clinton was acquainted with Monica Lewinsky - so that makes him a bad President (and CERTAINLY has an affect on how well he can run a country); however, our current *sighs* leader can't pronounce nuclear (you'd think he'd catch on after numerous conferences and speeches in three years), his whole family has random ties with the states' current enemy (funding, dinner parties), and his military records are mysteriously missing.
But those three are irrelevant to George's ability and our ability to trust him. And totally irrelevant to his ties with 9/11.
I hate politics. Let's make just be peaceful and not worry about crime or anything ever.
No wait, we can't do that when WE'RE the ones breaking every last bit of peace in the world.
No wonder everyone hates us. I don't blame them; I can't.
It would be better if the dumbass Englishmen had left the Indians alone. Much better.

I read a transcript of the debate. Kerry won. It was a debate.
