Title: Official Harmonium US Tracklist
Post by: VaderDawsn on October 07, 2004, 05:47:40 pm
From the vc.com music store site: (looks like there's no dvd instead it's an enhancement on the cd)

The CD is enhanced with the 23 minute documentary "Pleased to Meet You". This contains behind-the-scenes footage of the making of this brand new album.

Track Listing:

1. White Houses
2. Who's to Say
3. Annie
4. San Francisco
5. Afterglow
6. Private Radio
7. Half A Week Before the Winter
8. C'est La Vie
9. Papa
10. She Floats

And according to the latest review, The Wreckage is a hidden track, so all we're missing is Streets Have No Name. But I'm not crying, I usually skipped over that one

Interesting.

No "Where The Streets Have No Name"? That was a great production....

And "The Wreckage" is a hidden track. ^_^

No, I'm not mad. I just had no connection with the song before and therefore don't care much about the cover. It's a nice song but it doesn't matter that they got rid of it. If they would've ditched the wreckage instead I would've been fine, those two are my least favorites. I was more afraid they'd get rid of something I adored.

Hmm, I like the lyrics to the wreckage, but the piano to the streets with no name... so whatever.  If it isn't on the album, I still have my mp3 on the computer, hehe.

no DVD?  Geeze.  But, there's been so many mistakes and misunderstandings about the release date and everything else with this album that it could be wrong too.  Here's to hoping.

Chances are the import dvd will probably contain the same 23 min doc that's on the enhanced US version.

that kinna sucks though...only 23 minutes....didn't they shoot footage in NYC and San Fran?  they should have a full length documentary on there...

It's the same length as the 3eb DVD, also produced/directed by Jenkins, and they did a pretty extensive documentary on theirs. It's longer than you might think.

Morning Sting > 3 mins?
san francisco > 3.5 mins
c'est la vie > 2 mins
papa > 2 mins
afterglow > 3.5 mins

13 mins for that
13 - 23 = 5-6 minute "making of harmonium" thingy.
5 minute fan interviews

thats just a guess.
i'm sure it'll all fit in.
i'm not worried.

it's all good  :D

it's different because that leaked one was an advance copy. and usually SOME advance tracklistings differ from the retail one a lil. and you guys should have known better already i thought? she said "10 tracks only" months ago. :?

that's true...but her cover of Streets is still really good...they should add that as a hidden track too...
