She's similar in style to Dido but she uses more samples, which is okay, just different.
Last night I saw her for the first time on TV when she performed the single "They" on Kimmel. Pretty cute, she did a little shimmy between verses.
The album "Finally Woken" is worth checking out.

Finally, a Jem thread.

Love the songs "Just a Ride" and "Maybe I'm Amazed."

They were both featured on the OC last season.

She was on Conan last night. I found this out today. :x
However Conan reairs on CNBC.

If you're gonna check out Jem, I suggest downloading "They" and "24"--those are my favorite tracks on her record.  But the whole thing is great!

I found out about Jem around 6 months ago and I'm so glad I did... it was thanks to the o.c... but she's just released her single and album over here and they did cool so she'll be sticking around!
