Title: secret wishes

There she goes again
Racing through his mind
She's the dream he secretly wishes he could find
She looks to him so sadly
Her heart tries not to sing
Deep inside she knows
He wants her to be his queen
There's secrets in the meadow
Hidden in the morning dew
Sweet perfumes keep sweetening
The sky in which they flew
The sun goes down so softly
She heard his boyish voice
Calling her back from the past
Brought on by her bad choice
He wants so bad to take it back
The pain he made her feel
When the flowers in the meadow died
And her nightmare became real
And now he tries to call to her
His lady, to come home
But she remembers all his lies
And leaves him all alone
