I think this is a good idea, but it is probably best fitting in OT section.

Maybe some guidelines on how to rate too?

rate the sig of the person directly above you with a number from 0 to 10.

Eg: Kaysha  - 9/10  :D

I like the picture and the way it's set up, but it could use some text or some animation in the sig.

By the way, for whoever grades mine: I made the sig, so it's naturally crappy, lol.
