Title: What is this song?

Post by: rainforestspirit on June 02, 2005, 10:27:07 am: It's from the DVD on Harmonium. As soon as I heard it I recogized it from that right away. But I don't know what song it is....a tad like San Fran??? Maybe changed a few things? I don't know I'm not good at piano...yet.

But more likely it is a new song we didn't hear yet and she was just having fun while they were taping the dvd.

The reason for that is that I was going to save it as "Unknown.mp3", but it told me that they had a legal block on that filename, so I just expressed myself toward that statement the best way I knew how. :cool:

Maybe those of you lucky enough to be going to the NYC shows will get to hear that song in it's entirety live...

Actually I was just going to say that! As I was listening to Morning Sting a few minutes ago the thought came to me. I think that is the closest Nessa song that comes to. ...but it isn't exact so it could be a different song or just a part of a song that Nessa hasn't finished yet.

Skywalker Ranch is George Lucas' recording studio in California. It's not the name of the song.

But Maybe the Rest of the siong is realy heavy. Well at least i wiuld say it's quail dude squaw too. :roll: :? :D

If that was her going for a "keeper" in the studio, the "4" would have ruined the take, as it steps on the first piano notes. Many times in the studio, a count-off will drop the last number for that reason.

I should go watch the DVD again. That sounded like a nice track. I like how the piano is bolstered by the cymbals in the same way that SF is.

And I have no clue what that song is. I hope it gets rescued from those sessions.
