I used to work there.  The place holds about 7000 people.  I never thought she would come there.  It was open just recently in the past year.  Just before I moved from Reno I was living just down the street on the infamous 4th street strip.  Can't I just be able to walk to a VC concert?  Damn.  There are only two reasons to go to Reno.  Vanessa Carlton and awful awfuls(A hamburger in a little diner in the back of the little Reno Nugget.)

Now I just have to pull myself out of extreme poverty so I can go.

Actually, alot of shows have to play at the Silver Legacy before moving up to the event center depending on what kind of crowd they can attract from what I've seen and heard.  For instance Jay Leno is stuck at the Silver Legacy.  So playing at the event center is better than being in a casino like the Silver Legacy.  The only personal comment about the place I have to make is it is a royal pain to clean, because I've had to help clean it, as far as similiar places.  Hopefully it doesn't smell like old beer by the time they get there.(I have alot of qualms with respect to the city of reno, who runs the place, idiots -can you see one of the reasons I moved from there?)

But this is a good thing for V!

I so wished I could go.  I even called up the temp service I used to work at that venue thru.  And I work at 8:30 am the next morning.  I also don't have enough money.......not even for greyhound for the way back.  This one meant sooo much to me since I used to live there.  My luck has run out.
