Title: ScreenCap Help

I have been trying to make screencaps of video on my computer to no avail for a while now. I use the Print Screen thing... but it shows up black on Photoshop.

Is there a special program or player that I can use to make screencaps?

a trick Kev222 taught me.

open Real Player, play a video (any video) hit pause.
then open Win Media Player, play the video you want to cap.
Hit Printscreen.
