"Put Your Hands On Me" has been in my head all day. The Chorus is SO catchy!! :D I freakin' LOVE these new songs. Sooooooooo amazing.

The One is my favorite with This Time coming in a close second.
I like Put Your Hands On Me but I like the others more.

the One really touches me. I like the others too, but The One is the definite winner to my ear and heart. ..This Time is a very very very close second.

I can't believe how good these songs are! Its quite a different style of music from c'est la vie, papa, etc- i like it SO much more! Its the kind of music i've been hoping she'd make!
P.S I haven't been able to d/l The One so if anyone wants to gmail it to me at rosieposy87@gmail.com i would love you forever. hehe.

PYHOM; I have the SIG to prove it :wink: This definately gives the impression V is
trying to give her music greater appeal by dealing with themes like faith, and
relating experiences that touch, move and inspire people on another level :D

I think The One or THis TIme might be the hit, PYHOM is kind of like HAWBTW to me, it has some lyrics people wont appreciate. But PYHOM is my favorite song!!!! I listen to it over and over

yeah, that's a good point. The One would be an awesome single too.

I think "This Time" would be a good single for radio. But honestly, I think all three are really good and could be radio friendly (which obviously makes it easier for a song to become a 'hit').
I think "The One" would make a great music video concept. I see the story unfolding..then again.. "Put your hands on me" would make a great concept video too...I picture "High Fidelity" type cinematography...

PYHOM - if the voting here so far is anything to go by :wink: Its really a question
of how much freedom V will have with CD3 as to which of these make it onto
the record and how much they can be enhanced by production/arrangement

Now, since she isnt signed (that we know of) and she will be making quite a few tv appearances has made me begin to wonder if she will try and put something out herself...

That's a good theory..
I kinda hope she releases something on her own. I mean, I want her to be successful, but if she does it herself I'm sure it will be much better and more of the V we love...

My God!!! I love PYHOM, it is so emotional to me, and when I first listened to it, I almost cried, it feels so personal, yet so distant to me.....it is so beautiful....

By the way, if you read what I am listening to, it says PYHOM, then Fontella, I have gone out of my way an already title Vanessa's next album....it came to me in a dream a few months ago, it isn't official or anything like that so don't freak plz.....I just drempt of it a few months ago.....yep.......

haha at the six flags concert, I screamed "put your hands on me" and she didnt play it so after that song I screamed, "Put your hands on me please!" and then she played PYHOM which made me happy but it just seemed kinda funny to me.... :lol:

I think This Time is the only one that would make a good single bc This Time is more like ATM; kinda relatable and anthem-like (also less specific with more generalized narration). The One seems more like Ordinary Day with he/she boy/girl references. I think The One is kinda like a combo of Ordinary Day's narration and Pretty Baby's melancholy with a little bit of Rinse's need to become less dependent and more self assured. I don't really think it has any of the anger of Wanted as Brian said.
