Whenever I have had a bad day, I go somewhere really quiet and do my own adaptation of meditation, It works for me but that might just be in my head :o

My friend does, she is very centered and calm, always.
When I was at the Jacksonville airport this weekend, they had a meditation room.

I do, it keeps me relax, happy and focus. When I have a really bad test, i just meditate and when I'm having a problem, i do it. It helps me think straight and keep my cool.

i've tried it but could never really achieve it...
my sister is a yoga teacher and does it a lot
