Title: San Fran dwellers: cheap(er) lodging?

I would really like to go to San Fran for spring break this year, and I'm looking for a cheap place to stay. Do any of y'all SF peeps know of a NICE cheap place? (ie not a shithole)

u might want to try staying at a hostelry  i heard its a little cheaper,
i,m thinking of doing  it if i can  get out of boston to go back home to chicago and visit.hope this helps.windycity
