short article. probably sth everybody knows... and probably everybody is able to tell what's wrong in it...

Vanessa Carlton is in the midst of mastering her new album. Due sometime this year, the as-yet-untitled set was produced by Linda Perry, Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins and a number of "departure producers," according to a spokesperson. Some tracks that Carlton co-wrote with Perry will be appearing on the album as well.

The artist worked with both Jenkins (whom she is dating) and Perry on her 2004 A&M album, "Harmonium," which peaked at No. 33 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 179,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Carlton is in the midst of a tour of Australia and New Zealand with Stevie Nicks, which runs through March 7 in Christchurch.

ohh i see whats wrong....she didnt work with LP on her second record.....i knew i was missing sumthing.lol
