Apparently though, from ppl who I know that have them
they're very comfortable. But sorry, I have other shoes
that look a whole lot nicer than those that are comfy.

I was in a surf store, where they had a display of them in a myriad of colours, and my firend and I were giggling to ourselves. The shop assistant overheard us and informed us that they are very popular. "But... they're HIDEOUS!", I exclaimed. He looked a little hurt. Oh well. "Hideous" is the correct word.

Having said that, maybe some people could get away with it, but why would you want to?

I was just in NYC and saw those ugly stupid shoes everywhere!! I couldn't even believe people would wear those things in public. My friend and I laughed all weekend. When I told her I was going to buy her a pair she said, please don't!

Will, I haven't seen anyone where them out here. I am pretty sure the brand is big up in Seattle/Portland though. Different style of course.

i decided to try them on because i saw them on a rack and i was like, well, they might be hideous but they atleast might be really comfortable...
but nope.... not comfortable at all. they feel very weird. maybe if you needed some type of water shoe then it would be a little bit cooler looking than those ugly nylon and rubber water shoe things
