Hey all!

I just noticed the official Vanessa forums [I didn't know what else to call them :-p.] are down. Is this just my computer? or is something happening, and if so why?

Hopefully its a much needed update of the software and not just a crashed server or something.

Just curious, but are any other fullerine websites down?  That would give us hints on if

a) its a crash or just an update (other fullerine sites would be impacted for this) or
b) its a major revamp of the website and they are putting in something else

btw, i know everyone is thrilled but Vanessa's admins are totally inept.

I can't believe they would take a site, like vanessacarlton.com and move it in such a half-assed manner.

they should totally be fired... at the least a page should be up that says "Hey, we are going through a redesign!"

The thing I don't understand is that there are people like us that would do a killer job keeping the site updated, yet it falls to a bunch of idiots who really could not care less.  And they pay them.  Maybe not much, maybe they are HS or college kids, who knows?  But the biz is all but dead and I wonder how they have a problem with "free"?  That is, I would volunteer my services, as would many of the competent people here.
