I got my lip done today. :mrgreen:

Then I have 11 in total:
8 in my ears (3 on the left side, 3 on the right and 2 in the top of my right ear), 2 in my bellybutton and 1 in my tongue.

I wanted one for years but my parents didn't let me. Now that I could finally have one I'm not really interested anymore.

I'm finding it difficult to believe that is all the piercings you have; just you are leaving them out for the benefit of not relating too much information. :lol:

I currently have one in my bellybutton (upside down compared to most peoples') and am going to get 3 more to make a cross shape (one top, one bottom, one left, one right)

I forgot: I also had one in my nose, but I took that one out a few years ago.
And they couldn't get the needle through my skin when they did the ones in my bellybutton, lol

AWESOME! I wanna see! I love lip piercings, though I don't think I'd personally ever get one. They usually look really cool.
As for me, I'm super scared of needles, sooo yeah only my ears. Have had both sides of my cartilage done, but I don't have them anymore.

i wasnt scared till i had my shots in school....but yeah...the women doing it was like a butcher!! :lol:

There is something about women wanting to get poked...with holes all over their bodies, sheesh. I voted no. I don't have any piercings.

I'm the biggest baby ever. I have a HUGE fear of needles and I got my lip pierced. I've always wanted to get it done but the fear of needles has always stopped me.
I decided to give it a try, I didn't cry. I almost threw up.
All I know is that I like it and its a short term thing.
I now do not want ANY more piercings of any kind and I want absolutely NO tattoos anymore. I'm done. haha This kind of put things in perspective for me.

thanks :) I'm just waiting for the pain and swelling to go down so I can really enjoy it and take a better picture of it. I feel like I have fat lip!

Ah, but think of all the women who get collagen injections to look like that!! :lol: Enjoy having Angelina Jolie lips while you can.
Yeah, it looks good; I'd love on on the side of the lip but would definitely have to wait til I move out of home... Lol.
And as for bellybuttons, it is painful to get it done, mostly becuase they must insert a tube to pull the jewellery through... but it's worse trying to sleep the next couple of nights... if you give it a few days it will feel fine, and soon you won't feel it at all.... i know this yet I'm still hesitant to book an appointment to get more... LOL.

I have 7... two in each lobe, orbital in cartilage in my left ear and helix in my right. I've considered piercing my rook (both ears, one at a time tho) but haven't had the time / real interest.

my friend got hers done and it went wrong, like she had a reaction or something. She had to have it done again, bless her.

Getting your bellybutton pierced doesn't hurt.
And if you treat it properly after you got it (like clean it regularly, and don't put weird stinging stuff on it), you'll be just fine.

yeah...it was...then i took it out for work, and the damn thing closed up...didn't even have it out for a full day : / so pissed

Oh man, last week right before I took my last final on campus for the semester one of the balls off my lip ring fell off, I lost it! so I had to hold the ring in place while taking a final (I passed!) and then I had to drive to the tattoo place and while I was there, lucky me, the reason why my lip was still not healing was because the skin was attaching itself to the jewelry. It was SO painful! Things like that ALWAYS happen to me. But now my lip is all better and I love it. Even though i had to pay another pretty penny for an extra ball, new lip ring, and a plastic retainer when I take it out for work.

If I take out the one in my tongue, it'll close up within 10 minutes, same goes for he ones in my bellybutton. It heals up so quickly, it's weird!

Oh. my. god! That sounds so horrible! I could never have passed... I would have been way to pissed off/ a.d.d distracted by my lip. And a lip ring sounds hot... I never really considered it until now, but I might get one. Hmm... one in the center or off to the side? Do lip rings look okay on small lips? I have small lips...

i may get it re-pierced eventually. i'll probably have to tell the boss about it and i know he wont like it...haha, didn't tell him that I got it done the first time and he was pretty pissed

Well I went to the doctor today because my lip piercing looks infected but the skin keeps trying to close up or attach itself to my ring, again. Even my plug. She said that if I don't take it out I'll have to endure the pain and keep doing what I'm doing now pushing it through the layer of skin, and one day soon my body will give up healing itself and I will have a permanent hole. Or, I need to take my ring out as soon as possible. I honestly don't know what to do. I love my lip ring, I went through quite some pain for this!, but I don't want a hole in my face. :( I don't know what to do...

I used to have one on my face... that only lasted a couple months. I had plugs too. I let them close up because I like wearing girly earrings now.

and my tongue ring doesn't heal in 10 minutes anymore cuz i put it when i was 13 haha
