Hello Everybody, I have been a secret fan of Nessa for SOOooo long now- at least 5 years- but I only just joined. Im from NZ so my accent will sound strange to all of you, lol, but I can play and sing every single one of her songs out at the moment, and i figured i might as well put it to use for you guys, whom so many of you are DESPERATE for the sheet music/tutorials of her stuff, and i remember what it was like for me when I wanted to learn my fav songs!
So anyway, I have created a site on youtube and I have nearly all the songs up there from her last two albums, and I'm working on adding all the rest from her upcoming one.
Mainly, I have transcribed ALL of FOOLS LIKE ME, as i do with most of her stuff since the harmonium sheet music songbook was incorrect. Anyway it will be up within this week, and just letting everyone know who wanted the music. I will add the tutorial too- so that you guys can play it too! :wink:
Amongst all the tutorials I have a version of PAPA too- And I promise it is very accurate, different to what pianobea plays. The tutorial is up for that, Half a week before the winter,
and .... drumroll... the original version of pretty baby!! Yayay! yea thats my transcription too. Ohhh and Who's to Say!! Thats my fav SO listen to Who's To Say!!
I am getting up tutorials for all, advanced learners too (and beginners) and yea so I hope this will really help those of you that really want Nessa's music! I make an effort to only put up ACCURATE transcriptions.
But yea, so everyone who loves Nessa can go have a look, there are tutorials for one and all! and let me know what songs you want, and what tutorials. I reply very quickly and I will send sheet music from Be Not Nobody to all those that want it!

OMG!!! its NZAnnMarie from youtube!!! I'm a fan... I've watched most of your vids(with all the "too much talking"... nah...it doesnt bother me... in fact it helps alot...)
I think the intro shouldve gone in the intro section of the board...
but yeah if you do manage to make a tutorial vid of FLM I would die... (I mean that in a good way...)... Definitely looking froward to it...!!!!:D

the only way I can learn how to play songs is through youtube tutorials :-p
everyone has A Thousand Miles, so I've learned that...
but we desperately needed someone to do all of Vanessa's other songs.

Yes! Oh my gosh i know! Its so hard to find examples of her songs, especially the instrumental parts etc. Dont worry, I will put all the songs up and tutorials. It is actually a lot of work now that you mention it, but I like to finish what I start, so this my most recent project. :D
And yea, Its SO good to know people like you guys appreciate it, as most people on youtube dont quite understand the effort involved- some people are so demanding! lol
But thats alright, and yea, I can't wait to post Fools Like Me either!!

Ok I posted this same message elsewhere but just so you guys know, I had an emergency come up on the weekend and so I need one more day to get FLM up on Youtube as a tutorial. I'm so sorry about the wait!
I'll post tomorrow to let y'all know its done.

Ok as I speak (or rather, type) the tutorial is uploading so within the hour it will be up and this is 10 o'clock on Monday here in NZ so yea. I finished it, in two parts, the simple way and the actual version. No doubt there will be a note here and there that could be changed but it sounds good and you can listen to me playing and singing the simple version too!

ya there are sheets for it already...i think they're on the first page of the sheet music thread...
