I ordered mine. I emailed them they said that the pre-order will go away when they are out of autographs... so that is good news I know I got mine. and something about promotional but that will be cool. I plan to get a lot of copies.. I have 10 or more of each..  just nice to have one within reach lol

Even so it's most likely a stamp. I've pre-ordered albums before that featured "autographs" before and they always end up being stamps.

hmm I don't like the idea of ruining my H&T cover with a big nasty stamp. Its pointless if she didnt sign it, even if it may say her name it will just be a nasty blemish on the beautiful cover art.
So what i think i'll do is order two so i can have one clean copy? And i could order the japanese edition as my second copy and have the bonus track as well. Sounds like a plan 8)

I can't get anything from the internet I mean I don't have credit cards and I was begging I mean you know even if its a satamp I think its still cool and when you do it do you have to pay than and there or do they send you a bill? b/c my parents are like no I don't trust the internet!!!! <---- sounded lame but agh!!

From what I've seen, that is a merchandising store. These stores usually sell OFFICIAL merchandising products provided by the artist's record label. Autographs, t-shirts, etc. It's usually limited stuff, especially when it comes to autographs. I'm pretty sure it's real so if you want one go get yours before they run out of it!

i'm waiting to see what the bonus tracks are... I mean if they are just live things.. I think I am going to pass on that, but if they are B-sides then I will get it. I love my copy of the Ordinary day single with the swindler b-side..... but the Japanese, or German version of BNN i have, the tour edition, was nothing special...

Newbury's is a safe place to order from, they're a company based around where I live (the New England area). They're a pretty awesome store, and their prices are never inflated as much as they are over at FYE.

It's exclusive to the Newbury website. You won't get autographed copies from other retailers.

I just see it as more of a personal Vanessa thing. Some people live thousand of miles away in england >_> bah. So I guess this is the closest I can get to personalised. It would be alot better in person though, of course.

Even if it is just a copy its a limited edition type thing, so it will be rarer than just having the album and its still a dollar cheaper than amazon, so its all good really, well i'll be happy either way, just happier with the real thing.

We'll have to compare each others to see whether everyone's is identical or not, I may buy another on pay day

I have some authentic autographs of Vanessa too (I met her as well, thanks to Danny and the other Nessaholics I met in London, ahh the good old days!!), but I still ordered this cd (they also ship them to my country, yay), just because I WANT to have it. :D

Its definitely Legit, the Donnas did the same thing for their album Bitchin' but I already have a few autographs and stuff since we the Donnaholics pay for our membership. (The Donnaholics have been around since the first album, which was way before V's time.)

Even if its shipped Monday, I won't get it for at least 5-7 business days. Thats a whole entire week after the release. Its already Wednesday, and I was expecting the shipping e-mail by at least today to receive it in time by Monday-Wednesday of next week.

Well the strike is bascially non stop for deliveries until 10th at 3am, so there is very little chance for it to arrive on time for the 9th!

The only chance we have is for a deal to be agreed like tomoz to clear any backlog in time for delivery on the week begining the 8th.

According to Postwatch normal post wont resume until the 15th.

I'm hoping for a 12th delivery, its more realistic and its the day I go on holiday for a week.

It's really annoying because my job is based on sending out post and receiving it so I have a few days full of the boring stuff I leave for when I can be bothered.

I was able to order it today (YAY!), but just after I clicked the confirmation, the newburycomics.com server stopped working for me. And I haven't received any kind of e-mail confirmation, so I'm not sure if my order went through. But the purchase has been processed on my debit card, so I'm taking that to believe it worked? Should I wait for some sort of e-mail or send them one or something? I'm really hoping my went through right, because I haven't listened to the leak and I'm waiting until I can own it, so if I don't get it on time I'll be really upset. :(

i sent an email to newbury and got the USPS conf number...not technically a tracking number,  but it does the trick...as on the 9th, it was in NH...fuckin' weird since it was sent on the 5th, shoulda gotten further than NH from MA.

Oh yeah. I think I know where that is. The RHS Wisley is the Royal Horticultural Society. It's like a huuuuge garden [you need a day to walk the whole of it] with lots of rare species of plants and a million different types of trees. You should go there sometime. It's a really nice natural place and they've only just opened the glasshouse. RHS is really, really big.

I've got mine! So do we know for sure if they're really her autographs? It's kind of hard with just a V and a C that doesn't really look like a C. Either way, it wasn't too expensive so I'm happy.

Am I the only one who hasn't recived the album? I haven't lisnted to it beause i want to hold the album in my hands when i do. But it kinda make me feel bad beacuse the rest of you already have heard it:P

agh you should!!! that sucks I hate getting cd's through the mail eerytime every single time I order one it always ends up craked or they send me the wrong cd in the first place so I have to wait anther 2-3 weeks for the other one I hate it!!!

Maybe they ran out of autographed copies and are waiting for new ones from V??

No it got shipped 3 oktober. I live in Sweden so it usally take a while longer. But everyone fom europe seems to have gotten there copy. And I have ordered plenty of stuff from the USA, and it have never taken so long. Exept when i've ordered Harmonium with the shirt, then my order got lost and they had to send me a new one. Maybe its a sign, like a curse or something. Haha:p I ordered four copies so i hope I will get them. Pretty much money for a poor student:P
