I've been trying to work on it...and I think the intro goes like this:

Left hand (LH) uses three chords (one of them repeated once)

Chord 1 (LH): Eb, G, Bb
Chord 2 (LH): Eb, Ab, C
Chord 3 (LH): Ab, C, Eb
Chord 4 (LH): Eb, G, Bb [this is the first one repeated]

{^^ You also use those for the verse, I believe.}

With the right hand, you're just playing one note each going up & then back down when necessary (you'll know what I mean if you've heard the song)...

RH: Bb, Eb, C, Eb, Ab, C, Bb

Then you have the *du-du-du-du-du* that's a little faster, if you know what I mean...Those notes are:

G, Ab, G, F, Eb

Okay....

I think I have the chorus too...

The right hand notes are:

RH: G, F, Bb, Eb

You go from the 'G', down to the 'F' below it, and then up to the Bb and back down to the Eb...If you hear Vanessa's intro when she plays it live, you'll understand how that goes.

For the left hand, I just use those same notes but in an octave and just go around that really...

For the end part that she plays on the Rhodes, it goes like this (I think)

RH: G, Eb...Ab, Eb...Ab, Eb, G, Eb...

So you play the 'G' then go down to 'Eb', then move up to the 'Ab' and down to the 'Eb' again, then play those notes again, then repeat the first lot.

Then you have the *du-du-du-du-du* part

Ab, Ab, G, F, Eb

The left hand, you just play:

For the RH 'G, Eb' part...

LH: Eb G - you just keep going back and forth with that (e.g. Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb, G)

For the RH 'Ab, Eb' part:

LH: Eb, Ab - you just keep going back and forth with that (e.g. Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab)

Then you finish with the Eb chord (Eb, G, Bb)

I hope all of that makes sense? And I know some parts will be incorrect, but I think it's kinda accurate in some parts...

Did you understand any of it? I'll try and make it a little clearer.

I'd do a tutorial, but I have no video camera. Ugh.

I'll have a try tomorrow.

I didn't post the whole song, just various parts. I'll try and break it up so it's easier to read...

Quote
LH = Left hand
RH = Right hand

VERSE 1

We scream

LH: Eb, G, Bb [press these down together]
RH: Bb

And shout

LH: Eb, Ab, C [press these down together]
RH: C

And try to make it

LH: Ab, C, Eb [press these down together]
RH: Eb

Last...

LH: Eb, G, Bb [press these down together]
RH: Bb

Then there's that little part after "last" but before "though it"

RH: G, Ab, G, F, Eb

^^ You go from G up to Ab, then back down to G, down to F, down to Eb

You repeat that same process for the rest of the verse...

CHORUS:

The right hand notes are:

RH: G, F, Bb, Eb

You go from the 'G', down to the 'F' below it, and then up to the Bb and back down to the Eb...If you hear Vanessa's intro when she plays it live, you'll understand how that goes.

Not sure about the left hand...

OUTRO ON THE RHODES

For the end part that she plays on the Rhodes, it goes like this (I think)

LH: Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb G
RH: G............Eb

LH: Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab
RH: Ab.............Eb

LH: Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab
RH: Ab.............Eb

LH: Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb G
RH: G.............G, Ab, G, F, Eb

LH: Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb, G, Eb G
RH: G............Eb

LH: Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab
RH: Ab.............Eb

LH: Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab, Eb, Ab
RH: Ab.............Eb...............Ab G

Then with the left hand, you finish with the Eb chord (Eb, G, Bb)

Is that easier to understand?

in the very beginning i figured some out...

it goes in this order mentioned...

Bb, Eb, C, Eb, Ab, Eb, Bb, G, Ab, G, F, Eb, Bb and then repeat except don't do it with G, Ab, F, Eb, Bb...

but i totally just realized that someone figurd it out and i wasted like 10 minutes of my life figuring it out... hahahahaha

If I knew how to write it to sheetmusic, I would.

It's pretty simple to play and is repetative.

Have you ever tried to use Finale NotePad? If not, you can download it here: http://www.finalemusic.com/notepad/. It's free, and pretty easy to use. Actually, it's really easy to use. You seriously just point and click where you want the notes to be. The only real downside is that the free version doesn't create image files out of the sheets for you, so anyone else wanting to view or print the sheet music would have to be using NotePad too. But like I said, it's free and easy to use.

to make an instant pdf file out of any printable document, just download Primo pdf, really useful.  http://www.primopdf.com/primopdf_free_idx.aspx

i think you can use what i've put up to figure the rest of the song out, because it's just basically those repeated for verse 2, the chorus, etc.

sorry it's not all together and isn't very good, but i think if you can read the notes and know the tune of the song & how it goes, you'll be good to go.

if someone like Maag wants to work on it and make it all into one and write it properley, then that'd be cool.
