I have the same problem... :( Only I live in Finland. Damn, I was really hoping to get a signed copy. Has anyone living outside US or Canada succeeded to order?

Yes, I believe so :) I remembered some lucky members got their copy of H&T like four days before actual release.
I live in Sweden so I will probally have my copy like two weeks after the release as usual:P

Usally just takes a couple of days to Sweden as well. My H&T cd's didn't take this long...
When i ordered Harmonium though from vc.com it took like over two weeks. Hope that's not the case.

And i'm preparing for that the cd's gonna look like hell when i recive them, I mean, if the digipack is demolished by an US-shipping, think about how it will look when it is shipped internationally.

I understand it takes a longtime to get to England, but I desperately hope that it is in immaculate condition. I don't think the website could help us though, because once dispatched it's really out of their hands.

For the price, I imagine it's coming via regular USPS air mail. That usually takes about 8 days to be delivered to me in Glasgow, UK, from my experience.

I will not take eather the cd or the vinyl to be damages, and for that shipping cost for the vinyl they better have packed it good...

My case was smashed in two areas but I was too excited to care, the cd is still perfect : )

Yes... mine was very messed up... but they did send me a brand new one that is in very good condition... so no worries there... :)

Well, I don't regret it because my only experience with Amazon I had to wait almost 2 months to BnN and Harmonium arrive. I got them after the deadline, actually. Also, I really wanted it signed!!

Interestingly, mine had a postal stamp on from Germany, although i assumed it shipped from America, so if so, it did have a slight adventure and detour through Europe first.

My cd isn't perfect either, how you describe yours is pretty much how mine looks too but look at it as a rare signed cd bought online at a regular price. Newburycomic is the only store selling autographed cd by Vanessa, it would be a shame it they stopped doing it because of all the complaints, at the end of the day we have our signed booklet, the cd is playable, the digipack in one piece.. Go back in a cd store to buy another perfect one :)

I was afraid I was being an ass too, but then I remembered I paid good money for this product. A three week wait was bad enough, but to have it arrive damaged is shit. I think you should definitely complain -- maybe then they'll re-think how they package their items in the future.
