I want to understand how many people out there want/need a poster that aren't going to be able to make it to a show. Please post here so people attending can get an idea of how many we need.

Just a suggestion... THere should be certain people who should be chosen who are going to every show to buy at least two posters... one for themselves, and one for someone else. That way, there are plenty of leftovers. Then, both people who went but didn't get one and people who can't go to a show can have one. Just an idea... Also, could someone say how fast they sold out?

I want one, I love the illustration so much, but im worried about being too expensive. Like...20$ just for the poster plus the shipping costs. And I want to buy the vinyl as well so...u_u (maybe the vinyl will come with the same illustration as the poster?) Idk, put me in the list tho, yes.

I am so grateful and touched that Katia and everyone on the boards is helping to make this happen.
It will be so nice to have just a tiny part of the show at home with us, since we were unable to attend.
I even think I'm going to get mine framed (excessive?... probably yes!)

I actually think this is a very good point. If the vinyl is going to be released as a very limited edition, maybe it will have different artwork? thoughts?

I have 7 posters so far so 1-7 on this list you're good. I'm getting more on Wed. The poster is actually pretty large. maybe 2.5' tall by 1.5' wide? Someone will have to do the conversions. They are $25 USD direct from Vanessa... with getting a poster tube and shipping i can't imagine it would be more than an additional $10 via post (depending on where they're going)

I was talking to Mark (V's tour manager) getting him a final count so I think we are working to coordinate receiving the remainder.
So far i have addresses for AG, Martin, beforethedawn and bumblebee429 so I will work to get your shipped and then give you guys the cost.

Working with Vanessa's team and mailed them a check to get the remainder of the posters shipped to me. I figure they'll get the check early next week then mail the remainder posters to me. I added everyone that had posted in this thread that they wanted one just before i sent the count for the total. I ordered poster tubes online which make each poster tube ~$1.25 instead of going to the store where they would be like $3-4 bucks and they should be here sometime next week as well. Between now and then i'll be contacting each of you to talk about which poster you would prefer and options for payment.

a) the posters i have currently are signed by Vanessa only. They were $25 a poster. I think i have 7 of these IIRC
b) during the tour I believe the artist (Jo) also signed the remainder of the posters along with Vanessa as the price per poster went up to $30 (which is what i'm paying now for the remainder). I will confirm once I get the remainder of the posters
c) The posters are already signed so there won't be any personalization unless you want me to hold onto the poster and next time I see Vanessa I can have her sign it to you

Amazing! May I ask how you got your hands on free posters? Are they signed and hand-numbered, too?
As Martin said, they're not free. I purchased extra at a few shows and then worked with her people to get more. A lot of hard core fans from over seas can't get to the shows so I wanted them to be able to get a poster. So I am paying for them, putting them in tubes and mailing them everywhere... the individuals are paying me back via paypal or whatever means they have available.

The balance of the posters are on their way to me now. There was some issues with a lost check thanks to USPS but we recovered and they have been shipped to me as of today!
Will update upon arrival but i have tubes as well so we can now get the remainder of this ball rolling and out of my apartment...

:( I'm so bad. However I did look for a tube at walmart and did not find one. I think i'll have to hit up ups or post office
staples, office depot, office max etc is usually where I get them. the ups store should have them as I would expect USPS. surprised walmart didn't but I think they're more of a specialty item.

Yea. working this weekend to get everything packaged. For those folks domestic was just going to use the USPS -- for the international folks if you have a preferred shipping method let me know. I've been working a lot of hours the last few weeks so this project was put on the back burner but i have the desire to get them out of my place asap... having poster tubes and stuff sitting everywhere does not make me happy.
