Looks like we're getting a Live album! Anyone order a copy? I was only able to order mine about an hour after the email was sent out, but I still hope that it will be signed...
It's kind of crazy to think that this is her first live album! I'm very excited about it.
What do you guys think of the album cover design?

ordered a copy today. I'm not sure if I'll get the autograph though, it said my order number was 969 so if that's how many orders were placed then I'm definitely out! I'm glad we'll finally get to hear this show. I still wonder what the video is that Jessie deflorio referred to on twitter..

I was really hoping for a dvd....as these live versions will be similar to the ones on the deluxe version of liberman

to be honest a little let down. this is from the nashville show and i know for a fact the recorded the whole thing. i was hoping to hear some of the other songs live again too. i know there might be some licensing issues involved, but it's still a bummer.

Did you go to the live shows? Her live versions of the songs are very different from the Live Living Room Sessions.

yes i've seen her live over 20 times..I know the tour/nashville versions are very different than the living room sessions..but let's be real..a dvd would have been much better.

I'm definitely sad that we're not getting a DVD, but a CD is better than nothing. I love her live arrangements!
Also still holding out for a Liberman piano book, haha....

Honestly, after seeing the Nashville performances of Operator, A Matter of Tme and House of Seven Swords, I'm kind of glad that they're not releasing a DVD of the show. The colours and the quality are just awful...

i'm not really quite sure why they washed out the footage, but the lighting was darker at the show in a good way.

My copy of the album hasn't arrived yet, so I listened to it on Spotify and it's beautiful! I love Vanessa's live arrangements.
I only wish they would have included the whole set list!

'm glad we have a good quality recording of the live version of willows. i love what they do with it live and how the verses sound more electronic with skye's violin. wish we could've gotten a recording of how they use to play take it easy live but this is good too. i guess we'll have to hope that in her heart of hearts, v will release more. i'd love to hear white houses and hear the bells from the show again.
oh, there was a massive feedback issue on tall tales where she screamed, "jesus!," and then went, "DID WE RECORD THAT!?"

And seriously? Ugh, that's lame. Normally I'd just buy the iTunes version as well, but I'm super broke at the moment... If someone doesn't mind sharing ATM, that would be great!

But yep, there's no ATM on it. I hate how labels aren't playing nice with people buying physical CDs. :(

But yep, there's no ATM on it. I hate how labels aren't playing nice with people buying physical CDs. :(
It's super, super lame. Especially since the iTunes track is an 'album exlusive', so you can't just download that one specifically to complete your album.

Sadly, my album isn't signed :/. If the album itself wasn't so pretty I would definitely regret not just getting the digital version...

I'm really glad that I'm not the only one who misses the old Take It Easy intro!
And ah, it's things like that that I love about live recordings. I always love the way V interacts with the crowd and tells stories. I wish they would have included the parts where she talks in between songs!

Well, it's a service I don't (and never will) use so digital wasn't an option for me. And unless you can get a real high-res lossless version, a CD will always sound much better. ATM should have been a hidden track on the CD!

I finally was able to listen to it. I love it! Liberman in general is different from her other albums and the way they bring it to life on stage is different from the album, so it's nice to have it captured on an official CD. I love the live version of Willows and was super sad to learn that skye does not make an appearance on that song on the studio album.. so this is perfect.

I went to 17 shows on this tour and she only played "Unlock The Lock" a few times. Bummer.
