What’s up? What does everyone think about the steps that are being taken by the major labels to make music available for downloading? I am interning at Universal, and I know they have made songs available for downloading. You can check it out at www.umgdownloads.com and see if there are any songs you are interested in. They are available for less than a buck and have far better quality than mp3s. I’ve been buying some myself - they have what I need. Anybody bought any? They have artists from all genres including Eminem, Nelly, Mary J. Blige, Nickelback, Diana Krall, Elvis Costello, Vanessa Carlton, and more. They also set up a contest where you can win a trip to Universal Studios Florida, an MP3 Player, and more. You should check it out.
