When r we gonna get 2 hear the studio version of Dark Carnival? I thought it was out this fall...

we dont have an exact date yet. Fall has just begun. Look for something around late October-mid November. Probably have a better idea then.

she is absolutly right, it feels like fall now, BUT Fall will officially start September 23rd.

Considering the game isn't even released until 11/17/03...

And who knows how long we'd have to wait for a soundtrack to the game.

We won't need to wait for the ST. It should be possible to rip it from the game (on XBOX at least).

Even if it's not possible to rip. Turning the sound effects down and the music up and recording should get a decent quality recording. At the very least that should do us until a sound track arrives.

The sound output on modern consoles is good enough that I doubt you'd notice any difference from a CD version even if we did have to record it from the game. especially as it's going to end up as mp-lossy-3 anyway :)

Well, floor noise is what always kills the sound. There is always hum or something like that. And it's hell to get rid of sometimes. Then again.... average sound cards may introduce most of that anyway.. who knows?
