hmm...i think the album is good. you know the killing talk in the album and dirty talk he does im not really in for. lol but i think its an ok album. i love "sing for the moment" the reason i got the album.
what do you guys think of the album if you have it or heard it?
It's a toss up whether this works better in Off Topic or Other Musicians, however since Eminem is another artist and he doesn't already have a thread, i moved this to the Other Musicians section. -katia =)

I like eminem's stuff, which version of the album did you get censored or uncensored?

umm i think i only saw ones where it said "parental advisory explicit content" so i dunno...lol thats what it said on the album i got.
-
nice!!
-
what so is there a cleaner version of his album? i want the cleaner one darnit. lol
-
I really liked The Eminem Show. His albums and their content keep getting stronger and stronger. I bought it the third day after it came out. One of the songs that truly hit me was "Sing For The Moment." It's kind of cool that it's the single now, but I've overplayed it so much I am just kind of like  to it now (LOL), but the album is very good.

yeah. im just wondering if there's a cleaner version of it i should have got. lol i love the song "my dad's gone crazy" is that his daughter singing in it? if she is she's so cute. lol
-
yea, that is his daughter..
"i think my dad's gone craaaaaaaazy"
I like the album. I think Eminem is a talented lyricist... he finds ways of rhyming words i would have never thought of.
i like square dance, soldier, say goodbye hollywood... but i can pretty much listen through the entire album without skipping any songs... which is a rarity now-a-days.

Well, there is the "clean" version, but basically all the CD would be is the songs with the curse words edited out, as in Eminem's case
word (bleep) word (bleep, bleep) word word word (bleep) ... highly unlistenable music. I got a Lil' Wayne CD once that was the edited version, and it was HIGHLY unlistenable. It's like "I'm gonna (bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep) and you know that (bleep bleep bleep bleep) whodi" lol. So ever since then I have vowed to NEVER buy the edited version of rap (or any, for that matter) CD's (and this one was actually boughten for me, so I tell people to get the explicit version if they are buying CD's for me now :)).

ooh i like square dance to...good song. "white america" is good to...
lol@brian alright. i just won't listen to it when my mom is home then. lol plus i just bought a new headphone set so there's always that

Yeah. Some of my favorites are "Square Dance", "Till I Collapse", "Say What You Say" and "Sing For The Moment". But the entire CD (minus "Drips", which I really don't like but isn't horrible) is good.

so i see my post got moved. haha it's cool. i wasn't sure where to put it either so yeah. lol :D
yeah brian i don't like drips either...i always skip that song. "sing for the moment" is definitely my favorite song. oh and that "the kiss" skit is pretty umm what's the word im looking for? haha
-
LOL,
I love "Drips"
~don't be silly, put a rubber on your willy!~
-
i love most of the songs on there. its my fave of his albums yet.

On Seattle's KISS playlist 3 bloody Eminem songs are all in HIGH rotation.
"Superman"
"Halie's Song"
"Sing For The Moment"
That fool needs to be shot. I'm sick of his ass. At least "Lose Yourself" finally went away.
