Hello.
I made a sig. This sig is 260 x 127 pixels.
May I have a 7 pixel grace?
-
crop or resize
-
I'd recommend Easy Thumbnail (http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2192-10203247.html?tag=lst-0-1) It lets you resize to whatever size you want.
It's free and it gets the job done.

Thanks! I had already fixed it, but I could use that next time :D

You just shouldn't have said anything! No one would notice!

But there's a week grace period. . .I would've gone for it.
Not that I'd EVER break any rules here

No, if you put it in and it's to big, they're not slackin...Trust me, I've violated like 4 times.

Some people have nothing better to do than measure sig sizes!
-
How do you mess up with the size when you're making a sig, though? Shouldn't you know what size it's going to be when you set out to make it? Maybe people don't plan as well as I do...
That was a joke, you can laugh

You'd think so wouldn't you?
Some people have nothing better to do than measure sig sizes!
No, those people have plenty of better things to be doing but can't because some other people have trouble carrying out a task as uncomplicated as keeping one number equal to or less than another number.

But the fact that some people on these boards save the image to their comp and open an image editing program to check the px size seems rather weeeeeeeiiiird to me.
:P

Actually, in most browsers, you can right-click the image, click on "Properties," and it will give you a pixel size. Same thing if you save it to your comp...you don't have to go into an editing program, you can just check the properties.

Arghhhhh I was simply exaggerating to get my point across

The exaggeration was your point, else what is? That it's weird that mods perform a 2 click, 2 second action on images that look too big?
I mean, come on mods get a life!
:-P

Haha, I use paint, so before when I didn't realize you could preset it at the right size, I just estimated, and then it was so close, it looked ugly when I resized it though, being that I had to use paint to resize it 'cause I didn't have any good programs back then.
Get a life!
Thank you!
