When the world gets crazy
When the world is sane
I still need me time
When everybody gets to me
When everything is going fine
I still need me time
You know you the best
You and you connect
You know what calms you
And can get you through the next day
Collect your thoughts
Clear your mind
Release emotions
Become free
That's me time
You are you to a T when alone
That's where you'll find it-
In your home
That word can mean so much
Home is where the heart is
Wherever that may be
But I can't go one day without
Me time
