Yesterday I saw Alicia Keys has published and released a book of poems she has written, along witht he lyrics to both of her CDs in it titled Tears for Water. It actually is very good. Don't think Jewel. It is just a compilation of things Keys has written over the years, and she gives explanation to some of them. i think Alicia Keys is amazing and talented, so I like it.
It made me wodner about such a project coming from Vanessa. Do I see it happening? No. But I just liked the idea of being able to read things she has written that were never put into song, or recorded. I want to read things I never knew existed. you guys can tell me if you are curious as well, or think it would be a horrible idea. Like I said, I'm not making this post because I want her to make a book releasing material she has never published, but because I am curious about that material we've never gotten to see.

I`m a huge AK fan, I´m buying her songbook, and if Vanessa did the same would be awesome!!I´d love it :D

That is what I think of Vanessa: poetic. Her songs are like poems to music. I know she could do it. I think it'd be so awesome just to read some of her stuff she hasn't released before, and just hear it in your head, and not actually hear how Vanessa would have had us hear it. Or maybe read something that never was to be a song, just something she wrote.
For anyone buying Alicia's Tears for Water, it is worth it. I like it. She is so talented.
