This has probably been discussed before, but I'm posting anyway.
If you were in charge of making a cd filled with Nessa's greatest songs which would you choose. You can pick any song, they don't have to be on BNN or Harmonium. The maximum number of songs is 12.
This is my list:
1. Ordinary Day
2. A thousand Miles
3. White Houses
4. Red Ditty :D
5. Sway
6. Morning Sting
7. C'est la Vie
8. Meggie Sue (I'd love to hear a studio version of this one day)
9. Prince
10. Wanted
11. Last Fall

I would say my 12 would be pretty similar... except Superhero would go in there somewhere, because I like Superhero, heh heh. All I know is that ATM would have to be on it, as well as All I Ask. And Carnival too, but the old version, not the Dark one. I don't like that nearly as much. And maybe Afterglow too... but with the original lyrics.

Vanessa's "Where The Streets Have No Name" is certainly in the league with her "Paint It Black"!! It is an excellent, excellent recording and the only reason I can think that not a lot of people are mentioning it in this thread is because maybe they haven't heard it yet. I'm listening to it right now, and I love it! I refuse to play 'Harmonium' without it! 8)

I would post, but I would need more like a boxed set of Audio CDs to make the perfect one (or four, since it works out to a little over 3 hours in my WMP playlist). Best bet for one disk would be either an MP3CD or Audio DVD.

don't get all excited, I think amberheads just meant the demo songs on "the perfect Nessa cd" should be studio versions, not just the demo versions. Maybe somewhere there are actual studio versions of those songs (would be nice), but don't count on it.
