Title: Mute Math
Post by: Vultch on February 09, 2006, 12:12:06 am
Mute Math is one of the most progressive and original sounding bands I've ever come across.
They dont have a very big mainstream following (tho they are working on it), they have a HUGE diehard underground following. It's all based off their extremely energetic live shows.
I got to see them for the first time last Friday and it lived up to everything my friends had told me about them.
"Chaos" is the current single and they performed it recently on the Late Late Show. VIEW VIDEO (http://assets.mutemath.com/_blog/MuteMath_med.wmv)

Check out their MySpace page to experience their sound for yourself.

bump
They are finally starting to get some mainstream love.
They performed the theme to Transformers for the movie soundtrack, and even better, their single "Typical" is starting to get mainstream airplay and the music video is getting some nice play on MTV2. The entire video is in reverse. It's quite neat.
