I caught a marathon of season 1. Oh man she's hilarious. But I find it interesting that she was all hurt from what Leno said about her. Seems she can dish it but not take it. :roll:

I saw the part where she was crying about Leno, but I didn't catch what he said. What did he say?
I usually get into reality shows when they're playing marathons...Top Chef, Project Runway (keep your smart comments to yourself =/), America's Next Top Model (all five seasons, and again with the comments) and then Kathy's show. I first started caring about her because of her stand-up specials, though, but I never caught "Strong Black Woman".

all great american reality shows are british born, like big brother, we have project catwalk over here, both have been shown but catwalk was first, unsure which had the idea first

When Kathy was on Leno a picture of Caremen Electra was held up and Kathy says, "You know Carmen Electra often calls me up for beauty tips." Okay, it's her joke. She's making fun of herself. Leno, says, "It looks like a before and after shot."
I mean Kathy does her jokes about people but not to their face I guess is a point people were making who are on her side but I just think she dishes it but can't take it.
And how lame was that kid who won the Ebay thing? He was so ungrateful and whatever about everything. You don't have to be all over the top fanish but you can at least be cool. Then he wanted an iPod. :roll:

That guy was sort of an asshole, but I think the Leno thing was sort of going a bit far. I mean, she really doesn't sit there and say "you're ugly", she just sort of implies it :D

that guy was the definition of lame. I loved when her mom said "the Cleveland gay and the LA gay are just worlds apart!" her parents are histerical.

Her parents crack me up with all their drinking. That's totally how old people are though.
I haven't caught this weeks episode, I hope to this weekend.
I saw Kathy's Strong Black Woman and I just had to laugh at the whole Celine Dion thing cause I have seen the show twice and it's all so true. Haha.

I finally caught up. It's cool she went to entertain the troops. Very touching when she visited the wounded and when some spoke of their losses and how she made them forget was sweet.

Yes, she can be nice sometimes. Did you know she got the "key" to Louisville? I had no idea, and that pisses me off, cause I would have gone to the debacle had I known that it was happening. And I was trying to go to her show at the Palace but I didn't find out about it soon enough.

She was on Larry King Live last night and said that they got a call from the bank and 72,000 was taken over a period of a year and a half. She didn't know why he did it, why he didn't just ask. She said the trust issue was the last straw.
Apparently Matt made a statement to LK that he didn't know why she was talking about the divorce and pretty much he is denying the stealing.

The Las Vegas Alka Seltzer buffet thing was funny. Interesting how doing the interviews they kept mention she and Matt's reconciliation. If she can't have him no one can. How things change.

I'm so confused. The series was filmed about 4-5 months ago. Is she still with Matt, or did she break up with him again? And what the hell did he do with $72,000?

Because of the reality show, everything is sort of delayed...it was filmed 4-5 months ago. So what happened then might not apply now. Maybe she was talking about when she broke up and then reconciled a few years ago, between season one and two.

ive been hooked on her show & I have Paula to thank for that or whoever decided to put her show on the same network as Kathys lol. I started watching it one day after Paulas show & now I am hooked. The episode where her dad died was really sad.. its amazing how she still did a show just shortly after that. I love strong people like that & I think thats why I like her so much now, besides the fact that she is freaking hilarious. I watched one of her comedy specials the other night & I could not stop laughing omg.

But my parents say the show got too dirty so I can't watch it anymore. Agggh! =(

When I was in San Jose last week for V's show in the park I saw this man on a Segway who totally looked like Woz. I remembered seeing an episode with him on one and well it was San Jose so I just knew it was him. I went over to him and asked if he was Woz. He extended his hand and said he was. I told him how I watch him on the show. He was saying how Kathy is cheap and he donated the computers. He mentioned the bear/cub episode. He said that the bf/gf thing is made up and pointed to his wife (who was also on a Segway) He was nice and was looking forward to the show. He said he and his wife try and make it to them.
I still love this show but sometimes she's a little too much.

How weird that they made up their relationship? I know she'll do a lot for publicity, but that seems a little much to me. Did he mention why they made up the relationship?

I know, they have to make their money some way, wouldn't wanna have to go to college or anything. -as an upcoming actor-model, no matter how big of a star i become in my younger days, I will go to college, its nice to have something to fall back on.
