i think he said somewhere else that the V is some sort of symbol with his mother, and thats why he freaked out that vanessa signed her name V. i think he might have said it in the interview but it got cutout of the final one.

I just now listened to it.   "wait till you get a load of that loaf."  Ha....great.  I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means.  Oh well.  As long as she is writing good music and making a living out of it.
