Wow I never noticed this thread before...
I love Ben Folds! He used to be part of the band 'Ben Folds Five' which was when I started getting interested in his music. He is an amazing pianist and can play every instrument in existance! (well probably not EVERY instrument....but you get the picture :roll: )
Has anyone heard Landed? That's his new single off the Songs for Silverman album. I think it's great! My fave song has to be The Luckiest though....it's just sooo beautiful.

Yeah I know it sounds like Be Not Nobody, I said that on the other thread. I just thought that with all the crap she's been getting from her record company and how for many people she has completely faded out of the music scene it did kinda make sense, and shows that she doesn't get all the recognition that she deserves.....but yeah I know it sounds kinda crappy!

These are all good ideas, but you know I think Vanessa is going to want to keep moving forward, so I think all the songs on the next album will be new. Hopefully Put Your Hands On Me, This Time, and The One will all be on there. I suggested on another thread something like 'Never Not Forgotten' for the title. Since then I have thought of stuff like 'Century Under the Sun' They're not very good but what the hey :roll:

I'm a christian so I don't believe in sex before marriage. I think it is something special given by God which should be reserved for the security of marriage. I think it makes quite a lot of sense really, looking at the way society has turned out...

I LOVE muse!! Matt Bellamy is a legend! I'm seeing them on July 2nd at Live8 in London and I'm so excited! They are my fave band of all time!

I'm a violinist (been playing for 9 years) and play the electric violin too. I got to meet Sean Makin after a gig in Birmingham (UK) and we discussed our violin makes, rosin, amps etc. until he went off on a tangent saying 'Avril Lavigne is hot' :roll:
