Can someone point me to a sheet music transcribsion program, b/c I'm thinking about transcribing Keri Noble's 'Come And Talk To Me' and posting up here. It's mid-tempo, in Bb Major and very easy to learn by ear.

Does anyone know how to post songs from CD's to this forum? Because I want everyone to hear the song; it sounds great. Keri's also a lot like Norah Jones and Vanessa Carlton throw together.

That version is the same as the European retail version. Go to Amercian Online Search, Morpheus, or LimeWire to listen to it. It's really pretty.

I turned JazzyManda's "All I Ask" into more printable sheets if anyone wants them.

Sorry about this, folks. I'm just trying to get it right.

Here is the repetitive main riff of Birdie. I think it's pretty close. Sounds alright to me anyway. Use lots of pedal and play it fast, with emphasis on the bass notes.

An acoustic piano is the same thing as a regular piano, an organic piano, like the one Van used in 'Sessions @ AOL' in 2004.

When Michelle fans came to her defense (deservedly and expectedly) you should have just let it roll off of your shoulder rather than worrying that you offended anyone.  Next time, just joke back if people give you shit.  I don't believe people were taking what you said quite as seriously as you seem to think.  Like I said, I'm a Michelle fan, and I thought your comment was funny.  But I still had to defend her in my own way.

I encourage you to express yourself without the fear of offending people.  It's a free country, right?  Besides, I don't want to be the only one getting jumped on because I'm not afraid to say what I think despite whether it's popular or not.

Thank you. I needed that. I should've thought of that back in June when almost everyone was giving me shit about what I thought of Van's photoshoot in JANE Magazine, in both this forum and the official one. But it didn't change how felt about it. Instead of defending myself, I should've told them to take their junk and shove it. [Don't even get me started on that. But I'd rather not bring up old bones.]

This is the version of 'All I Ask' that I've been looking for for a while, b/c it's simplified. Phu's version is a little different and more difficult than the unreleased demo version.

Well, it doesn't look like anyone accepted my apology, b/c everyone either responds with corny jokes, immaturity, or sarcasm. I explained my situation and everything, but everyone still attacks me. Just goes to show that you can't please people; so I'mma stop even trying. But it's a'ight, though; the next time I say something offensive, I won't apologize for it, b/c if you're not looking for an apology, then you won't get one. In short, I only aimed my comments at one person, not any and everyone. I don't even know Michelle Branch like that, much less respect her as a musician. That's all I have to say. Peace.

Michelle Branch became a mom this past July, around her 22nd b-day. She's all fat and ugly now.

I thought it was a Yamaha b/c it sounded so great. It sounds a lot like an acoustic piano. At least now I know that I don't have to spend $5k to get a sound like that.

EDIT:  If this method is giving you trouble (and you have a broadband connection, please) I'll be more than happy to send it through AIM if you catch me at school during the day or if I happen to be on DSL somewhere else.  At home I only have dialup, so it'll take 3½ hours or more there, so I could maybe do it late at night before I go to bed and you just let it load while I sleep.

thanks a bunch!
