Whoa, that sounds hauntingly beautiful. I'm just so so thrilled that Vanessa is putting new music out there, that short clip made me realise again just how much I love her and her music. And i really feel the song too like you, sobriquet, sigh.

You're not alone, I cry almost every time. I still remember the first time I heard the studio version of Carousel... It was a good cry though, of course.

What a beautiful song! I love that Vanessa sings about shamans and witch doctors and such in her recent songs. I find it really compelling. And, for me too, the message of the song is very much of use at the moment... Huh, taking it easy isn't always that easy, right?

Wow, I can't believe Vanessa is starting to create another album already! Like someone stated before, it must feel weird 'cause we're used to waiting for years. Anyway, I'm soo excited even if Vanessa's music is going to a new direction 'cause I have a lot of faith in her skills as a musician. I must say I'm not a big fan of electronic music in general but somehow I can't see Vanessa going completely there. I hope I'm right...

Every single song is just precious, I've listened to the EP for almost 30 times in a couple of days time. I also LOVE the fact that she chose to cover such pacifistic Christmas songs. I must admit I usually don't even like Christmas songs that much, but when V chooses to cover some of the best ones out there... Well, I can almost feel the Christmas spirit closing in.

Ancient Greece has always fascinated me. Also, I'm really into the UK, partly because of the language and the accent. France is amazing, too! Actually, I might say I find lots of cultures interesting. Maybe that's why I'm an Area and Cultural Studies major?

Ugh, it sucks to live on your own without a piano right now... I want to learn to play all the songs SO BAD. Guess I'll order the book anyway and play on Christmas holiday then.
