She played all new songs.  Except for A thousand miles & White houses.

Only played for 45 minutes.  But the new songs are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Live Shows / last night

It was actually a free concert, you had to call the radio station to get 2 tickets. They were giving away 250 and then were going to charge $40 at the door.  Unfortunately, there were less than 250 at the show last night.  I would estimate about 150.  

It was actually quite embarrasing during the first few songs, because the people in back were talking loud and Vanessa has alot of pauses & candences in her new songs and you could hear everyone talking.  But by the time she got to her 7th or 8th song, which was just breathtakingly beautiful, you could hear a pin drop.

It was just magical, everyone new song she played was more beautiful than the next.

But after her last song, eveyone screamed and whistled for about 3 min. and she came out and did one encore, 'white houses'.

Did anyone go?  What an amazing show?  I can't beleive she played here last night.  She opened with a thousand miles and closed with white houses.  And played about 8 new songs in between.  All I've got to say is, the new songs rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Better than anything she has ever done before and thats saying alot as Harmonium was my 2nd favorite album of all time before last night.  

Looks like they already took the promo info down, but thank God for Vanessa and Star 102.5.  It was a magical evening, I will not soon forget.  Kind of like the un-official cd release party, even though the cd doesnt come out for a few weeks.

It would be great if someone could post pictures of last night.  Stupid security guy came around and said he'd take my camera away before I had a chance to take one.
