Hello all!
Just got back from a fantastic trip to NYC.
It was freezing and I caught a cold -
but I saw a few shows and had a generally great time!
school starts again tomorrow, but over the break I have been a busy bee!

and I have an all ages show coming up
I am still hosting Karaoke - hit me up if you want to know where my current gigs are.
and I am also part of a production of
Shakespeare's "As You Like It" which is being set in the 1960's and features the music of the Beatles.
I'm excited about all that is happening.

I'm still in LA, CA... getting my degree in Commercial Music.
Still Writing Music and Appearing in Musicals and Theater
This summer I am in 2 shows...
Cabaret
and
Speech and Debate
both in the San Fernando Valley here in LA.
I have been going on numerous auditions for productions outside of LA too
so, maybe I'll be in your town soon?

she was all timid -
i got some pretty good vids and some not so great pics... but i'll share the links anywho
I was walking out and so ready to slip into bed when i saw jess and waved and realized V was standing next to her i tapped vanessa on the shoulder and was all "thanks, it was a nice show" and she was like "oh, hey... Stephanie, right? how are you? how do you like the venue - where do you like to go and play...." i was a little shocked and really tired - so we spoke for about 1 min then i gracefully went home - she always surprises me... anyhow
i really liked her playin at the hotel - it's nice to go to a small room and see someone you like play (the hotel cafe hasn't let me down yet!) it was perfect!

sorry I was kind of distracted when you came by afterwards, I've never really said anything to vanessa the few times i've met her so I was trying to get a word in before everyone else started asking for pictures!

so, i'm pretty sure the band is splittin up - so this will probably be my last show of my own music for a very long while - i will probably still continue to go into the studio and record - but this show on march 11th will be my last live performance prob til i finish my degree - its very hard to go to school full time and work full time and rehearse and perform... so MARCH 11 Sherman Oaks FREE free parking ALL AGES i hope some of you come out...

first off i have heard "in my life" a bunch of times in stores and such in california lately
2nd - the wicked 5th anniversary where she sings for good with leann rhimes sucks - she sounds like she is trying to match the same country sound of leann
not a fan... like delta when she is being herself
