LOL i had to go hop on the scale i'm a grand total of 228lb LOL but a lot of it's muscle, and yet a lot of it is fat too LOL the muscle comes from my benchpressing= 300lb
vertical squat= 550lb
dead lift= 485lb

STATE CHAMPION in 1A state in weight lifting

well my favorite number is <<< 3 >>>
because

my uncle's football number was < 33 >
my football number was < 63 > the six because i was a line man LOL 3+3=6 hehe
Dale Earnhardt racing car was < 3 > whom was my favorite nascar driver until he died in that fatal crash at Daytona Speedway Feb. 18, 2001.
also when Dale won the Daytona 500 for his first and last time he did

If Amy Adams is the girl with the pink hair it's a bummer she got kicked
I loved her rendition of "Sin Wagon" by the Dixie Chicks was the only night i watched American Idol and got to her "Sin Wagon" and she did a great job

hiya all, i'm am a big time musician. i play the drum, mandoline, guitar, stand up bass, electric bass, well best to say i play (allmost) anything i touch LOL. not braging cause i'm not nessecarilly play the instruments well  LOL. well thankyou all laters  hehe
