Where's my copy?!
Got my copies of Glass Doll last night; the package had not been 'delivered' to me sooner b/c I do not have a pidgeon
hole in the front office at work, so it was slotted into the F&B Manager's pidgeon hole instead. He just got back from
a fortnight's holiday, so I have no idea when it actually arrived other than to say I'm thrilled to have the 1st copies of
Glass Doll in Australia! I'm so happy to have been able to get hold of the bonus track by ordering early... it ROCKS

The 'new look' official webby is amazing... I can't wait until I get the Mac Mini & Corel X4 and can produce artwork like
that without even trying hardBest part is the catchiest tracks from GD feature at the front end of the introduction
(i.e. N2M as the third track). Be prepared for an unprecedented response to your material and hopefully sales to boot

This album is taking FOREVER to finish. I only meet with John a few hours a week, so the whole thing is moving at a snail's pace. I feel really bad, but there's nothing I can do about it.

I tweaked the gif I made, adding more frames. It looks fantastic now, but just one more question... do you
have an ETA of pressed copies of the CD? I've made a point of not sharing the files you sent me other than
for the launch; obviously I'd much rather my friends go to itunes to get a copy. I'm on holiday in 18 days

If I had discovered my ability in the kitchen before my ability to recognise quality in wine, I would have likely
become a Chef rather than a Sommelier... the advantage I now have, is that I can work front of house where
there is more involvment with the audience of the restaurant, but still get to talk the talk and walk the walk
with the Chefs in the kitchen. I have been asked at least 5 times already if I would like to work in the Pastry
section of the kitchen due to my ability with desserts. I've declined as I am happier out front at the pointy
end of the equation. At least I know the Chef on the recieving end of this Birthday cake will be up for making
mine when November comes around (its sure to be a fantastic retort as there is so much in season then)

Glass Doll was very well recieved by those in attendance; the night turned into a later sitting with almost all
of the guests arriving after 8:00PM. The AFL Match in Melbourne proved a significant distraction, with 2 of
those that had RSVP'd either still down there afterward or too stuffed to make there way back to Daylesford.
Over And Over proved to be the surprise packet of the night... totally addictive in every repsect, and no-one
was satisfied with just a single repeat perfomance; the kind of track (esp. given the guitar) that audiences
would be happy to wait for an encore for. Enchanting is not a descriptor I use often, but appropriate here

^ Yeah, it's Dia...there was a video of them practicing the song, and Dia was doing vocals so...
I'd do that top 3/incredibly awesome/love too/least fave, but I realise that I pretty much love all the songs at this point, and couldn't group them like that.
Gahhh I wish I could see them live, but alas, I am trapped here in Australia. *pouts*
