I'll be replying with screen shots and stats as Vanessa's "White Houses" progresses on the charts. Updated Daily.



Look at the top station with 40 plays!

White Houses has 5 new adds so far this week for a total of 7 stations having it officially on the playlist. (Note: 1 play or debuet does NOT mean it is on the playlist.) Keep in mind, it has NOT been released yet.

Adult Contemporary: 2 New stations have picked up White Houses for a total of 22 plays, so far this week.

Top 40: White Houses jumped 80 slots gaining 162 plays to move it up to #73

Side Note: White Houses has been added to "Cool New Music" on All Access, and thankfully, they didn't feel the need to bleep the word 'blood.'

This guy is the man!

Most everyone has heard him, heard one song - "Turn Me On."

The song is huge, reaching top 5 in pop and 10 in rhythmic charts so far. And it's hella catchy!

The video is awesome. It's simple, but it's awesome. I like it because there are lots of boobies. LOL!

His debuet album "Kevin Lyttle" has been out for a short time, and I highly recommend it. When Brooke came over yesterday, she had it and let me upload it to my computer...I've listened to it a ton! It's one of my favorite CDs right now, and there are 16 songs on it, so there is plenty to listen to!

Go buy it!

Such a weird/decieving title...

Okay, I have this love for live songs from my fav. bands and artists. Recently I've been trying to find some live songs on winmx and those, however I cannot find the ones I want..Finally someone pointed me in the direction of a site that has tons of live videos ripped from live TV performances etc..

With my slowww AOL connection it takes a long as time to download songs, let alone many more times as slow to download videos. So if anyone would like to rip these songs off into MP3s and send them or host them for me to download...I'll love you forever. And I'll trade ya any MP3s or whatever I have that you might want in return.

General Vanessa Carlton Discussion / This one time at cross country camp...

Bryan, me, Chris and some people were sitting around on thursday watching videos on MTV (I didn't know WH with VC would be on MTV news that morning). MTV News came on, and the guy started saying something about how someone had been out of the spotlight and was finally making a grand entrance back in...I thought, "come on be Vanessa, play the new vid play the new vid!!" And then he said VANESSA CARLTON and I said "Dude she's so freakin hot" to Bryan..And he agreed..Then they started playing the same TRL clip, yada yada...And everyone watched intently. They loved it.

Then....when I got back today...my friend Ted who used to work at the local top 40 station and now works at the rock station IMed me....Convo:

Okay, despite my online persona, in real life, I'm a fairly good kid. Each week I spend about 3 hours mowing the entire lawn, then I whip out the weed eater and go around and make sure everything looks great. Not only that, I sweep the drive way and the road around our house, and from time to time (about every two weeks) I'll just wash the cars (1 large truck, 1 stations wagon, and 1 honda) WITHOUT BEING ASKED! I keep my room pretty clean, and I do the dishes from time to time. Today dale (or fasha) leaves a note that I need to vacum out the car and cut a spot I 'missed' around the back of the house. I do it. I do everything, for 2 weeks while my mom and sister were out of town, I cleaned the house, took calls for him, did all kinds of shit NOTHING FOR MYSELF except go to practice.

Now today, my mom asks him if I can have $150 so I can go to cross country camp...Most everyone on our team is going, and it would be a great time slightly a vacation other than the massive running we'd be doing. So I think by now, now that I've worked the entire summer and driving myself insane...What does he say? What does he say? "He doesn't deserve it!"

Tell me that is not a dick head!

The original Evanescence or as many know them as the band ev ripped off of.

They hail from the UK and have had two recent US hits with "Heavens A Lie" and the new "Swamped."



Unlike Evanescence's main member "Amy Lee" Lacuna Coil's lead singer can sing and perform well live, and she looks better, not to mention she's never taken voice lessons. She also doesn't think the world revolves around her or ignore the rest of her band.

I highly recommend that you download or buy both the above mentioned "Heavens A Lie" and "Swamped" because they are so much more evolved than evanescence is, and ever will be.

We chose the name Lacuna Coil because we wanted to have an original name nobody could have, mixing two words from different languages. "Lacuna" is Italian, Latin and means a lack of something, basically of memory or culture. "Coil" means "spiral" in English. The complete meaning of the name is something like "Empty Spiral".
