I was reading through the Rabbits on the Run thank yous...and noticed she didn't thank the fans. Not angry or anything, just wondering if anyone else noticed. Made me an itsy bitsy teeny weeny sad.. but hey, it's her album, she can thank anyone she wants and I am thankful she even gave us this beautiful CD But still, did anyone else weep a tad on the inside? Or has she thanked us somewhere else?

me too lol I don't know if we should call ourselves stans tho.

talking about vanessa you will always get two things, michelle branch and white chicks XD

what are stans?  Also, I was at a birthday party over the weekend and the subject came up of me going to NC last week for the concert.  And this one guy was like, oh I loved Vanessa Carlton in college.  Then said something about her teaming up with another girl and creating a band.  I said, uhhh, that's Michelle Branch.  He was all embarassed.  I said, Michelle plays the guitar, Vanessa plays the piano. then he proceeded to describe the ATM video and....white chicks.  So funny.

He should be ashamed of himself!

There are times when my Nessa fervor lags because she's been away for so long, but then when she takes us into her world, catches us up on what she's been doing, I am reminded of how much I admire and support her.
I have a feeling this CD might be her best work yet <3

And as far as the title goes, I'm betting that had we initially heard "Rabbits on the Run" and then
come to find out she changed the album name to "Tall Tales for Spring" we'd be hating TTFS :/
We'll get used to it
The CD will be worth the wait. I'm still so crazy excited for it!

Nothings set in stone..all she did on Twitter back in October say that she MIGHT want to call the album 'Tall Tales For Spring'.  Other than her Twitter post, I don't think shes mentioned it anywhere else...so it's really hard too say.

I understand how you feel, but for me, I trust her too much to be impatient. I know whatever she comes out with,
whenever it comes out, will be great because she's Vanessa Carlton. I prefer she take her time rather than throw out
crap.

As far as communicating goes, she's busy making us new music to listen to, and I think that's enough
to be happy with. If she didn't care about the fans, she wouldn't be making the new album, you know?

(Don't worry, my optimism is disgusting me as well lol)

On the recording I downloaded from someone of London from this performance,
some tool (kid) at 2:20 says "I want to go home" really fast.
I crack up every time I hear it.. but also want to drop kick him..
Does anyone else hear it?

I hope she doesn't name it after a song. "Heroes & Thieves" is a really cool album title and
it completely represented the songs on the album, but I like how unique the names
"Be Not Nobody" and "Harmonium" are.
