actually i joined on the 25th of october...but just realized that it has been 6 years. damn, aint that a long time? with 14 i heard nessa for the first time, then i joined the old old vcmb couple of days after my 15th birthday in sep 2002.

i wanna say thanks to some old friends for all the good times, and many sleepless nights infront of the monitor =) Manda, Jamie, Si, Quan, Pete and Dan

couple of years ago Sting and his wife came to sri lanka for holidays. They stayed in the villa that belongs to a close family friend of us. this friend owns a lovely island about 50 metres off-shore, weligama beach, also known as Taprobane Island (google it ^^) other stars like chris martin, gwynet paltrow, summer have also spend some time there....anyway...when sting and his wife were there, they needed someone who speaks sinhala and english...so our friend called me up. i did not believe my ears..hehehe. I spent about a week with them translating and showing them around in the south of the island. It was really cool, and we had alot of fun...one day ex presidents bush snr, and clinton called trudi, and asked if they could meet, because the presidents had also been in sri lanka for some kinda trunami charity story.... pretty funny and exciting.  i wasnt allowed to attend that meeting though...security reasons. on the last day trudi wanted my mobile number and she gave me her number and address in england and told me to step by when i visit england some day =) she also said that i'd probably get along pretty well with their kids.

i just got the weirdest but lovliest message today on facebook from my ex. but i have to start at the very beginning in order for this o make sense. when i moved to germany in may this year, my girl and i decided that it would be better for the both of us if we break up, coz she mas also moving back to canada. it was sad, but it was for the best. but we never lost touch. but even after six months, we still havent moved on, (although i did have two other relationships in the past 6 months) and we talk about it. today she sends me a message with the ATM lyrics and says that she doesnt know why, but that song makes her think about me...and her feelings are just like in the song. the funny part is.... she never knew i was a nessaholic! man...a sign from god!

You're totally right.  This is the internet.  It's serious business.  We should all hold hands and sing songs.

That's right, because hiding behind a computer monitor gives you the inherent right to act like a complete jack ass. I'd be pretty bitter too if I was an unattractive out of shape man nearing his 30's living in fucking Kentucky as well, so I can't blame you.

hahaha...come on... dont be so serious about this...deep down we all love eachother...the nessaholics are one big family...this is just like a real family, you dont always agree with everyone, but still you respect each and everyone. and we all got one mega thing in common... WE ARE NESSAHOLICS  :wink:

i dont think that is static electricity, the image looks overexposed... you know, when you take pics with digi cams, that happens sometimes...its like when you zoom in on an object, and while taking the picture you move the camera slightly...happens

You can tell, even on the show, that he's not a genuinely mean person. The stuff he says is usually true anyway.

very true... he was also the only reason why i sometimes tuned into AI. i dont believe in such shows like AI, coz i personally think that the charts are already too crowded with "new talents" or "rising stars" which just turn out to be major flops, b ut it was always interesting how simon made those eager youngsters face the truth.

hmmm Halloween... never was a fan of the entire thing...


its not celebrated the way it is supposed to... just a big "marketing strategy" or what you call it... i even hate the fact that it is practiced here in germany, and young rascals using it as an excuse to vandalize houses and scare people out of their socks! bloody useless if you ask me. who needs an excuse to dress up and make a party? you dont have to wait till halloween, do you?
